Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. Please take a moment to read our policies before scheduling an appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and must be sent at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards your service and the remainder will be due on the day of your service. Please note: Your deposit reserves your appointment time. Appointments without a received deposit will be cancelled.

$30 deposit for LASHES/FACIAL SERVICES

$50 deposit for BROWS/LIPS SERVICES

Reschedules/Cancellations

Kindly provide 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes. Deposits can be applied to a new date if notice is given on time. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know. Our grace period is 15 minutes. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be rescheduled, requiring a new deposit. If I am able to accommodate you, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time.

Payment

Payments are currently accepted in the forms of Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. If paying with cash, please have exact change.
